BioWellness
BioWellness is a whole-body approach to health that uses targeted therapies to support cellular structure and function, optimizing physical, mental, and emotional well-being. These modalities extend beyond traditional exercise and nutrition to promote health at a cellular level. BioWellness emphasizes advanced, proactive therapies designed to heal, prevent, and optimize overall health through non-invasive, evidence-based practices.

Tawas Wellness prioritizes BioWellness services because they are approachable and accessible to most. Through targeted therapies such as Infrared Sauna, Halo (Salt) Therapy, and structured hydrogen “Living Water,” participants experience support for stress reduction, recovery from illness or injury, and improved overall resilience—helping the body function at its best.
Due to staffing, BioWellness services are only available during Lobby Hours (9 am - 2 pm M-F). Please book in advance and come early for your first visit to learn operational and maintenance practices. Please bring your own towels.
Sessions are $20 for walk-in or $150 for a 10 Pass (YES, you can use your current 10 Class Pass!)
Hydro Jugs are $50 and include a daily fill during Lobby Hours.
Halo | Salt Therapy Booth
Halotherapy, or salt therapy, involves breathing in air with tiny salt particles to improve your breathing. Halotherapy is considered an alternative treatment for lung problems such as asthma, bronchitis, and cough. This therapy can also help you relax and may help with skin conditions and allergies.

The Salt Booth at The Collective is available between 9 am - 2 pm. Patrons must bring their own towel and sanitize the space after their session. Sessions are no more than 20 minutes. Please reserve your session in advance and arrive a few minutes early to learn how to setup and clean the Salt Booth.

Infrared Light Therapy
Infrared therapy uses gentle, radiant heat to warm the body from the inside out, promoting deep relaxation and therapeutic benefits without the intense temperatures of traditional saunas. Infrared sauna sessions help increase circulation, support detoxification through sweating, reduce inflammation, ease muscle and joint pain, and promote faster recovery. Regular use may also support stress reduction, improved sleep, cardiovascular health, and overall well-being, making it an accessible and effective wellness therapy for many individuals.

The sauna at The Collective is available Monday–Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. Patrons are asked to bring their own towel and sanitize the space after each session. The sauna requires approximately 10 minutes to heat up, so please schedule your session online in advance to make the most of your time. Sessions are limited to 45 minutes. For first-time users, we recommend starting with 10-minute increments to allow your body to adjust comfortably.

Living Water | The Collective Well
Hydrogen water, also known as “Living Water,” is filtered water infused with molecular hydrogen (Hâ‚‚), a powerful antioxidant that helps neutralize harmful free radicals in the body. Because hydrogen molecules are extremely small, they can easily penetrate cells and support cellular function at a deep level.

Regular consumption of hydrogen water may help reduce inflammation, support energy production, improve recovery, and protect against oxidative stress—contributing to overall health, vitality, and resilience.

Tawas Wellness offers hydrogen water to students during classes and through our Water Program, The Collective Well, where community members can purchase a reusable glass gallon jug to take water home. Our filtration system also produces water at different pH levels, offering a variety of uses beyond drinking—including safe, chemical-free cleaning and disinfecting—supporting wellness both inside and outside the body.
