About the event
This group will take place daily on a Private Facebook Group. You'll receive daily encouragement and guidance from Jen Gartland our Certified Health & Fitness Coach. Educational content, recipes and tools. Community support and accountability through the online group as well as our weekly meet ups at the Collective! Designed to meet you where you are!
Weekly Breakdown
Week 1 – Mindset Set your foundation. Shift out of all-or-nothing thinking and build awareness, confidence, and realistic expectations.
Week 2 – Let’s Eat Focus on real food. Reduce processed foods, sugars, refined carbs, and industrial seed oils while prioritizing nourishment.
Week 3 – Move Create a sustainable movement routine. Strength, mobility, and daily movement focused on longevity — not burnout.
Week 4 – Let’s Breathe Restore and integrate. Focus on sleep, stress reduction, breathwork, meditation, play, and balance.
