About the event
A sound bath is a meditative, immersive experience where participants are “bathed” in soothing sounds and vibrations from instruments like crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, or drums. The layered tones help calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and promote deep relaxation, often leaving participants feeling refreshed, balanced, and centered.
