Cancellation Policy
Waiver and Release of Liability In consideration of participating in any Tawas Wellness Warrior Inc. (“Activity”), including but not limited to paid or free events such as the 5K Run/Walk and group fitness classes, and in exchange for the right to participate or use Tawas Wellness equipment, I, for myself and my representatives, hereby knowingly and voluntarily: 1. Enter into this waiver and release of liability. 2. Waive all rights, claims, or causes of action arising from my participation. 3. Release Tawas Wellness Warriors Inc., its affiliates, officers, employees, volunteers, sponsors, and others involved from any liability for physical or psychological injuries, including travel-related incidents, associated with the Activity. I acknowledge and assume all risks, known and unknown, associated with my participation, including but not limited to injury, illness, disability, emotional distress, or death, whether due to my own or others’ negligence, travel conditions, or the activity location. **Media Release** I consent to Tawas Wellness Warriors Inc. and its affiliates using any photographs, videos, or recordings of me for promotional or other purposes in any media, including the Internet. I grant the organization the irrevocable right to reproduce, distribute, and display my likeness in various formats (e.g., brochures, social media, websites) without limitation or the right to inspect or approve the final materials.
